This album is gonna blow Black Future and Outer Isolation out of the water. And I'm not saying that to insult Vektor or bash either of those albums because Vektor is probably my favorite band and the two albums they've released are some of my favorites, but the songs they've been releasing from Terminal Redux have been perfection. I love them and I cannot stop listening to them.
I used to think the same... But i ended to prefer Black Future at the end... Every song is a masterpiece to me (maybe except the third)... Asteroids, Accellerating Universe, Hunger for Violence... FOREST OF LEGENDS.... Nah... this album is umbeatable.....
so much heaviness, speed and indescribable emotions in this song it's so shameful it doesn't have millions of views. I feel like people are legit too dumb for music like this so the industry doesnt care about the real shit. I want a new album so bald, dead by dawn smacked hard and it had me hoping there would be a new concept story project when it came out but I think for small bands its hard to make music with this quality every other year. at least they released theie demos on streaming
this is legit one of the best songs I've ever heard... The whole album is insane and they're one of the most talented and unique bands. It's a sin that they're so underrated, they deserve millions of fans
Even though I don’t like thrash metal that much, this album hit me good. I love when a band treats the bass as its own instrument and not as a tool that simply is there to create contrast. The bassline starting at 2:50 is just SO DAMN GOOD!
I randomly happened upon Vektor on bandcamp a couple years ago. Ever since, they've never failed to keep me coming back, both for their older albums (Black Future & Outer Isolation) and their newly released material. I'm really looking forward to the release of this album.
this is by far, the best vektor song, i have ever heard. The vocals, the solos, the drums. Its all my favorite songs from vektor mixed into one. Its amazing!
***** I'd say that about both, but I do agree that Outer Isolation is a bit better in just about every way. Regardless, both albums are absolutely amazing!
+pagan1983 really? the 2nd is way polished but the first has a bit more of that blackened tinge - how good is it that they have only 2 albums but both are arguably magnum opus material?
+rshkhzee Funny thing is that Black Future is my all time favorite from them but Outer Isolation is their better record of the two. But both have a special place in this steel heart haha
I AM THE TABLE Hey Dude,i see you on almost all metal videos.I just wanted to say that you have great taste of music. Today's popular music is equal to trash(no sub genere of metal,i don't know how to spell it).Long Live Metal
Одна из лучших метал групп за всю историю металла. В сотне лучших точно! Невероятно крутая музыка.Уникальная атмосфера. Правда я пишу это в основном про альбом 2009 года.
This is the first Vektor song I ever heard...and holy shit. As a somewhat new person to death metal (this is death metal right?) I dig this. Been creeping into death metal, recently got into Death (band) and I love them. Someone suggested Vektor and I randomly picked a song on youtube....and Im glad I did.
Vektor had a lot of DM influence, especially from the band Death Not what I'd consider a DM band though. That would be more bands like Pestilence and Desultory... Mid 80s to early 90s European bands and Florida DM like Cannibal Corpse, Death, Obituary
Vektor is awesome because they understand that we are all (very) anxiously awaiting their new album, so they have been slowly releasing new songs for our enjoyment! I was overly anxious until I saw them live not long ago, then I was getting anxious again until I realized they just released this new track. Best modern thrash-type metal period! To me they are in a league of their own. Keep up the hard work guys, and thanks for giving us awesome music and something to look forward to!
The first two and a half you accelerate to the speed of light, then passing a galaxy of Bach and after 4 minutes you spin and crash into a black hole .... outstanding --

THIS MUST BE THE REASON I LIVED UNTILL NOW, I can now RIP.
Destructive song. I'm ready to start a nuclear war between planets to this accompaniment. The beginning of the song is already killing me. 0:48 this is just something. It’s as if a blast wave is coming, destroying concrete structures, people and vehicles. 4:00 and how cool that sounds. After the solo there is such guitar fire.
I've already pre-ordered my vynil copy. Looking forward to get it here in Portugal. Another great piece of music. You guys are the best. Come to Portugal for a gig.
Immediate in a flame, But soon obscured with smoke, all Heaven appeared, From those deep-throated engines belcher, whose roar Embowelled with outrageous noise the air, And all her entrails tore, disgorging foul their devilish glut, chained thunderbolts and hail Of iron globes, which, on the victor host Levelled, with such impetuous fury smote That whom they hit none on their feet might stand, Though standing else as rocks, but down they fell By thousands, Angel on Archangel rolled, The sooner for their arms… Infernal noise! war seemed a civil game To this uproar; horrid confusion heaped Upon confusion rose. And now all Heaven Had gone to wrack, with ruin overspread, Had not the Almighty Father, where he sits Shrined in his sanctuary of Heaven secure, Consulting on the sum of things, foreseen This tumult and permitted all, advised, That his great purpose he might so fulfill To honour his anointed Son, avenged Upon his enemies, and to declare All power on him transferred…
after 2 full albums of high pitched high paced guitar brain-melting... Bassist: Hold my beer. . . . Okay, he did great things in the past to especially on Outter Isolation but this really takes the cake.
+Tiago Ferreira i did listen to both today , i liked but ill need a couple more listen to fully enjoy but its definetly good. but this song is crazy goood!!!
My God....that intro.....We don't deserve this band
This band is a fucking Metal gem.
The intro sounds a bit like Megadeth's Breadline intro to me. Both are amazing anyway.
it sounds a bit knightly and epic at the same time
The Lord giveth and
the Lord taketh away
Do not use the LORD’s name in vain please 🙏🏾.
Vektor is seriously the best band on the fucking planet right now, not even exaggerating. SCI-FI OR DIE!
+Darth Grimby 'visiting' the planet
"Your skies have never Ben Stiller"
xDDDD
I see why this band is so highly praised
That guitar solo panning back and forth at 4:01 is like a photon shredding my gray matter!
hahaha!
Aw yeah Blake, gimme those blast beats. Give 'em to me goooood.
BLAST, BLAST, BLAST!
Fuck yeah, blast beats are the best
there's no highlight, the whole song is an entire highlight
Pissed off ---> Listening to Pillars of Sand ---> Feeling much better. Magic.
Pissed off -> Listening to Cygnus Terminal -> Feeling much angrier. Magic.
This band will never fail to deliver pure freaking metal.
This album is gonna blow Black Future and Outer Isolation out of the water. God dammit love this part from 2:43 - 4:05. So well played
Progressive black thrash metal?
I'm into it!
This is pure awesome. This Dissection - Storm of the lights bane vibe....anyone?
+Blutroth Yeah, but faster
+Blutroth That's always a good thing
Yes, indeed.
SOTLB on cocktail of steroids. Nice
Hehe not the same style but yeh
Extreme bands who make intense songs because of the melodies and nothing else
One of my favorite choruses in all of metal. I want a new song so badly
That chorus is catchy as hell. Vektor is a treasure in metal.
so much heaviness, speed and indescribable emotions in this song it's so shameful it doesn't have millions of views. this is legit one of the best songs I've ever heard... The whole album is insane and they're one of the most talented and unique bands. It's a sin that they're so underrated, they deserve millions of fans
There is a kind of dramatic flow in this song that blows everything on its passage.
11 out of 10 stars - outstanding squared ....
Best album I've heard in a long time.
Even though I don’t like thrash metal that much, this album hit me good. I love when a band treats the bass as its own instrument and not as a tool that simply is there to create contrast. The bassline starting at 2:50 is just SO DAMN GOOD!
Yeah really adds another layer/texture to the music. If you love bass you must listen to Cynic, Obscura & Beyond Creation if you haven't already
Man this song is so addictive. Every time I press repeat I'm like, I'll just hear that intro...and 5 minutes later I'm pressing repeat again
Holy shit ! the melody part is so epic
You are enslaved by the promise of tomorrow
You've paid the price for the time that you borrow
I randomly happened upon Vektor on bandcamp a couple years ago. Ever since, they've never failed to keep me coming back, both for their older albums (Black Future & Outer Isolation) and their newly released material. I'm really looking forward to the release of this album.
The best, freshest band in the whole fucking universe
Thanks. Brilliant song and band. Super break on 4:00. Great vocal on this one. Amazing production. I guess they practiced this song in 1.5 speed.
amazing riffs.
this is by far, the best vektor song, i have ever heard. The vocals, the solos, the drums. Its all my favorite songs from vektor mixed into one. Its amazing!
First time hearing these guys, they fucking shred!
+rshkhzee - Listen to their 2 prior albums too. Absolutely stellar Tech Thrash!
+rshkhzee All 3 of their studio albums have quality tracks like this.
You guys are the vektors of incredible music
I love Vektor.
when u hate the vocal for the first time but the music was too good.... and now i like it!! Vektor my fav thrash band now fuck yeaa
Catchy, Complex, Aggressive in equal parts! My new favorite song from Vektor!
Once again Vektor prove that they are the best thrash metal at the moment
Holy shit. This is where I want to get my band. Way to go guys and good luck on the new album
Damn this band splits skulls and that's a good thing.First time checking them out, will be picking up some Cds and other merch soon.
i have to take this album in small doses i don't want to burn out on it, i want to enjoy it for the rest of my life. i'm so glad they are not gone.
EXACTLY my problem too. Deep down I want to put 'Terminal Redux' on repeat and listen to it 24/7. But like you, I don't want to wear it out too soon!
found their second album in the public library back in October of 2011, and haven't looked back since!
Vektor is amazing, this album is not of this world i'm not worthy x) Can't wait \m/
I AM THE TABLE Hey Dude,i see you on almost all metal videos.I just wanted to say that you have great taste of music. Today's popular music is equal to trash(no sub genere of metal,i don't know how to spell it).Long Live Metal
Ordered a signed copy for a reason!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
This transcends all music!! Best ever!
This song is literally too good for us mere humans
Одна из лучших метал групп за всю историю металла. В сотне лучших точно! Невероятно крутая музыка.Уникальная атмосфера. Правда я пишу это в основном про альбом 2009 года.
Can't await to see them live on Stage! 😍
this its it
This is the album from these guys I've been waiting for since 2009.
I probably listen to this band at a higher volume than necessary
I feel like a piece of shit for just discovering this band, but goddammit they are so fucking good
time to make up for lost time
Can't wait for this release. One of the best modern thrash bands, for my taste.
I'm calling it right now, this album is going to be a high contender for metal album of the year. Or at least in the top 10 metal albums of 2016.
+xXDeathMetalThrasherXx Can't think of anything so far that even comes close to it ...
hardwired was by far the best album of 2016!
i’m kidding please don’t kill me
You mean 'metal album of the century'.
This band is so crazy good and yet so underrated. Noone knows them but everyone you show this to says: I have to get this!
Crazy I say!
the best of Terminal Redux
This is the first Vektor song I ever heard...and holy shit. As a somewhat new person to death metal (this is death metal right?) I dig this. Been creeping into death metal, recently got into Death (band) and I love them. Someone suggested Vektor and I randomly picked a song on youtube....and Im glad I did.
I've heard people refer to Vektor as more of a "tech-thrash" band. Try listening to the entire Terminal Redux album, it's a good introduction.
soakedbearrd
I think i was that person lol
Vektor had a lot of DM influence, especially from the band Death
Not what I'd consider a DM band though. That would be more bands like Pestilence and Desultory... Mid 80s to early 90s European bands and Florida DM like Cannibal Corpse, Death, Obituary
Technical thrash metal for the short version. Blackened technical/progressive thrash for the long version hahaha
Whew! Love it! 🤘will buy all their discogs!
Saw this guys in Seattle, just as good live. Sucks they broke up RIP Vektor
Enormous kosmik metal.
HOLY SHIT WHAT A SONG!!
Destructive song. I'm ready to start a nuclear war between planets to this accompaniment. The beginning of the song is already killing me. 0:48 this is just something. That ending portion. God damn!
reincarnation of Death
Pinhead Larry Man why do all good bands break up and/or have someone die
god-tier musicians are noobs at relationships apparently.
They reunited, though. Maybe we can expect some more albums from them.
im not that much into thrash metal but this is out of this world im headbanging like a fucking maniac.
4:01 gets me every time.
where did they take all of this violence? they already were over the limit in Outer Isolation, omg
I didn't think they could have something that was on the level of Forest of Legend or Tetrastructual Minds but by God they did
YES!
GOOSEBUMPS
best metal band since 1997!!!
Amazing track!!!!
It feels like all of the atoms in my body are shooting out at every direction possible into space.
We have viking metal
We have pirate metal
And now we have space metal
No.
No.
And NO.
Genres are not based off of lyrical content or album art.
Commissar Sebastian Yarrick in the 80's we had Scanner
Ayreon and Star One as well, it's been a thing for years.
@@TheLivingDeadFormats Yeah, but viking metal is an actual thing. Educate yourself.
@@woag4143 Lmfao. You first. Lyrics don't (and never should) define what makes a genre.
This album is gonna be fucking killer
ravaging ! seems like the ending of the song is saying "I just ravaged you now shut up"
i love this song
I've already pre-ordered my vynil copy. Looking forward to get it here in Portugal. Another great piece of music. You guys are the best. Come to Portugal for a gig.
METAL ISN'T DEAD!!! \m/
Cheeki Breeki Metal never was dead.
Cheeki Breeki This is actually one of the period in metal history
I always imagine the war for the throne of Heaven taking place with this song in the background.
Immediate in a flame,
But soon obscured with smoke, all Heaven appeared,
From those deep-throated engines belcher, whose roar
Embowelled with outrageous noise the air,
And all her entrails tore, disgorging foul their devilish glut, chained thunderbolts and hail
Of iron globes, which, on the victor host
Levelled, with such impetuous fury smote
That whom they hit none on their feet might stand,
Though standing else as rocks, but down they fell
By thousands, Angel on Archangel rolled,
The sooner for their arms…
Infernal noise! war seemed a civil game
To this uproar; horrid confusion heaped
Upon confusion rose. And now all Heaven
Had gone to wrack, with ruin overspread,
Had not the Almighty Father, where he sits
Shrined in his sanctuary of Heaven secure,
Consulting on the sum of things, foreseen
This tumult and permitted all, advised,
That his great purpose he might so fulfill
To honour his anointed Son, avenged
Upon his enemies, and to declare
All power on him transferred…
*belched
@@jphanson Need an audiobook clip of that for the Gym Playlist, is it from Revelation?
@Coriolanus I took it from Paradise Lost Book VI, which is extraordinarily badass 🙂
Beautifullll
That bass is just UGH
Well the protons of my ears are losing some electrons
Holy shit, I guess Chuck didn't actually die...
2:42 ..holy shit...
My body is ready! Let's thrash it!
after 2 full albums of high pitched high paced guitar brain-melting...

Okay, he did great things in the past to especially on Outter Isolation but this really takes the cake.
Chuck Schuldiner's acoustic successors!!! I finally found you! Death lives again!
So sick. That blast beat part before the vocals come in reminds me of Accelerating Universe.
2:42 - 3:45 best bass line i have heard
Very f*cking sick this band, i'm just flying across the space with this song!
no band is like vektor.
Yes they are rather unique , a kind of prog thrash with a bit of jazz thrown in fantastic.
@@victor-oq7dl gonna see them live in 5 hours!!!!!!!!
4:28 that riff in the background .o.
11:02 “power down your unit now” she sounds like an automated voice at Walmart when repeating that
This is fuckin awesome
Nunca erram!
As I was listening to this My ears had ache because of the fact that drummer played with bells too much. still vektor is amazing!
whhaaat , been a long time since something catch my ear like that , quality!!!
+math gagne try their last 2 albums dude, its the best metal you can find!

god DAMN!
Fuk yea this new abulm is beast! Space thrash
Nailed the fuck out of it, album of the year for sure.
You've obviously not heard Slow Forever by Cobalt.
I didn't, but I'm a huge Vektor fan and I'm hyped for Terminal Redux you know :)
+Oreo Buttcrack the Cobalt record is sick, but youre probably right...Vektor is just on another level. Cheers!
