BTW, thanks for video it is nice to see real Russia. to be honest I don't want to see anybody suffering due to any political issue. I wish average ppl like you and me can survive this terrible economy time. I just wonder what is typical grocery shopping per week or days in Russia ? or anything popular drink or food ?
That Italian wine is fantastic, the price in Italy is 2.40 euros, in Russia about 10 euros! It doesn't matter if there are food products in supermarkets, but if ordinary people can afford it! Also what matters is the price increase in the last year!

Not to hurt the ordinary people (which I am not in favour of), but to stop the war and bring about the fall of the present regime in Russia. However, I am not in doubt, that Russian economy will soon start to fall apart and then some hard years will follow, probably comparable to the Soviet Union/Russia 1991-92. Some Russian citizens will then have to rely on being self-supplying on food to a certain extent, when hyperinflation and lack of goods set in. With that in mind, I believe, that the smartest ones, might be the ones that have already left the country.

Russia does not have the economic or military muscles to conduct a year-long war. The rouble is losing value against the dollar, the war is draining the country for its reserves, Russia will get more and more dependent on China, which might in the end claim some Eastern parts of Russia in return. China is like a vulture, looking at a wounded Russia, waiting on the right time to attack. But before we get that far, the present leadership may have been ousted by a military coup. Or by oligarchs, that are also losing massively on Westen sanctions. Either the military or the elite will end Putin's life, especially if he intends to expand the war. No matter what, ordinary civilian Russians will suffer, which is a tragedy in itself.
The West never sanctioned food but most other things. How is the availability of smart phones and other modern appliances and cars with electronics inside them??? I think that would be far more interesting than items that are not sanctioned.
