I've been told that medivacs are a common occurrence on cruise ships. There are a lot of retired people on them, and it's statistically likely at least one of them will have a medical event during the cruise. Apparently, cruise ships have morgues on the lowest level where dead bodies can be safely stored since deaths do happen during voyages.
