- Today I head to Rainham Marshes hoping to capture some footage of the ever-popular Kingfishers! As always using my Sony A7IV and Sony FE 200-600mm F5.6-6.3 G OSS Lens let's see what we can capture.

My local reserve and on a good day there is so much to see. At the moment the Kingfishers are the highlight but there are plenty of Whitethroat, Reed and Sedge Warblers in the reeds. If you are lucky you can even see Water Voles. I personally like Insects and Butterflies and Dragonflies are abundant. Last week I captured a Bee Beetle, quite rare. Nice video and great pictures of the Kingfishers.
Oh wow a bet the Bee Beetle was an amazing sight !!! And you are right the Kingfishers are the highlight at the minute but there really is so much at the reserve !!!!
