    Very nice. I never minded the prop noise but the direction motor on the ultrex is so noisy it drives me crazy. I seen it scare fish away a lot more than the prop. This is nice.

    So after having the “move” for several months how is it holding up? And have you had any issues with the “ump” plate or the bolts that hold the trolling motor to the ump plate. I know you used lock tight. Thanks for great videos 👍.

    Enjoyed the demo. Me personally, I'm still on the fence on purchasing one, because of dealers that have parts in stock or technicians certified to repair one if anything happens to it. The second reason is 5K, I feel it is a little high for something that has not proven to be reliable. Yes, I agree Power Pole has excellent Customer Service, but that will not help me if it goes down if I cannot get it repaired by a local dealer. My 3rd concern will be the warranty. I think they only give a 3 year on it, but I could be wrong.

    • @keithgyulveszi163
      @keithgyulveszi163 11 месяцев назад

      Lifetime warranty on the shaft, 3 years everything else. As far as “technicians”, that is the last thing I would worry about. It’s not like the other big brands service techs get your broke tm fixed the same day unless they have a service trailer at the tournament which 99% of tournaments do not get that luxury. One thing I know for sure is Power-Pole will take care of my Move in a expedited time regardless of the warranty with just one phone call! No more “you need to take it to one of our certified technicians to have it diagnosed before we can do anything” run arounds.
      Power-Pole Customer service is second to none in the industry!

      @@keithgyulveszi163 I appreciate your reply, I rather just wait and see what/any issues pop up with their TM, before I invest 5K. I have been running Minn Kota for years and only ever had 1 issue (mother board). Where I live, I'm lucky to have an authorized Minn Kota Service center and was in/out within 1 hour. I did not have to make any phones calls, paperwork, or do the work myself. I hope you never have an issue with yours.

    Looks nice. Appreciate your "install" vids. Would love to see more on running your wiring/network/nmea2000, etc.. I ordered a Puma and will have it in a couple weeks. I went with the Ghost. I just can't get myself to spend $5k for a trolling motor..... and if someone says to me you already spent $100k, what's another few thousand.... :( . Yes it's a lot of money and I'm not rich. It's always easy to spend some else's money. 🙂

      Definitely EXPENSIVE!! I think it may be worth it to someone who makes ALL of their money from fishing. Other than those guys it's going to be for the guys that have to have the very very best of everything. if you spend half of that money you can get a great trolling motor, but it will not have near the amount of features nor will it be nearly as quiet which maybe the difference between a few more bites throughout the day or throughout a tournament and it may matter for a professional tournament. angler.
