I feel you with the heel toe I have a 97 e k Vogue metallic gray just like yours and you're right you really have turn your foot almost sideways keep your tiptoes on the brake while you heal goes all the way to the gas
I have the same problem as you With my ek When braking from high speed without the brake booster, eel toe becomes a lil hard. While braking I Find myself lifting my foot off the ground to hit the gas pedal, but still loose pressure on the brake pedal because of that. Im kind of getting use to it now tho. It’s kind of a 2 step braking kind of deal lol Full throttle, jump on brake hard, let go brake a bit, down shift eel toe, then back harder on the brake, let go a bit, down shift eel toe, and back on brake hard again then take the turn. Sounds weird I’m sure. But I think you will get used to it. Just need to be very quick on your foot.
New to the channel but I would love to see a build breakdown for both EK and the EG (especially the ek since I have a similar build going on). I think it’ll make for some more awesome content ! 🔥
Thats easier said then done when I am there by myself. We are hoping to get a camera person to get some sideline video at some point but most of the side lines are restricted
