Absolutely loved this trailer - also can we talk about how incredible the Cell Games stage is? The mountainous alpine forest is gorgeous. Great breakdown as always; self-destruct is definitely Semi-Perfect's ultimate, you can see the stormy sky in the background when he starts doing it.
It's worth noting that Vegeta's Cosmic Circle starts out with a ki blast and then plays the Hellzone Grenade part as a cinematic if it hits. Based on how the camera spins around Piccolo in the trailers, it's likely Hellzone Grenade is also just a cutscene that plays after the first ki blast hits.
@@qwertyMrJINX I agree, even from a story point of view, Hellzone Grenade was a just a cool looking attack he used against 17 while Light Grenade was a blast he put all his power on against Cell abd was treated as his stronger attack in the battle
They gave Tenshinhan his Cell Games White T-Shirt but Spike still fails to give Trunks (armoured) a non Pony-Tail variant lol, even though in the Cell Games Trunks ditches the Pony-Tail and his SSJ form in that long hair state was also used in Movie 8/Movie 9.
Good video 👍 appreciate how you noticed the cuts made on the attacks and transformations. Some people really seem to think they are just cutting it out from the game, and i also, like you, dont think thats the case here.
Although the game looks really beautiful, I dislike the fact that a lot of non-rush techniques, like normal energy attacks or energy attacks that after connecting with the opponent produced a short cutscene, in SZ are recreated as rush attacks, which I assume is done to make the attacks more cinematic. However, I loved the way in which one could use Satan's gift-bomb, Hellzone granade, Trunks' slash attacks, warp kamehameha, and so on.
i really hope they didn't roll back the change to hellzone and light grenade... raging blast did it right and you cannot change my mind, light grenade was his penultimate desparation move to defeat cell, hellzone grenade does not deserve to be the ultimate attack. seeing cell get his rb ultimate referenced gives me hope that hellzone isn't the ultimate attack, they better not do piccolo's best move dirty and keep it as a super in other news, it looks to me like semiperfect cell's energy ball is green and red to match with cell max's ultimate attack
Spike has had Light Grenade as Piccolo's Ultimate in every game since RB1, including Jump Force. It would be weird to regress at this point, but this game does seem to be making a lot of weird decisions for the sake of "throwback to BT3." Hard to say until we get more info. Well, even if they mess up the base game's Piccolo, we still have Super Hero Piccolo on the horizon.
Can you go back to using the old snes game themes and original Japanese soundtracks for your videos like you used to do? Them shits used to get me so pumped. Thank you in advance.

Yeah. Come to think of it. It makes sense. He doesnt fully commit until Goku says to let it out. I never thought about that pose like that before. The angle is awkward as hell without an arm.

BT3 > SZ .... OG BT3 gives more impact satisfaction and is way less messy than SZ. SZ has too much fx that blurs the action and not enough "bang" to the hits and the kikohas are weak
