I have a GM1600 and when I got it I had to keep adjusting until I found out I had a broken bolt that holds the bed knife. Fixed it and haven’t had a problem since. Good job.
Uh oh, you about lost it on that McLane adjustment!! 😂 Never used a McLane, but my Allett only needs adjustment a couple times a year. It's tight. Great work using that SunJoe!

I had to put locking nuts on inside of reel bolts. My McLane would jar uneven Everytime. Doug's lawn looking good too

Is you using paper or an index card to check it. I use index cards got a pack of them. Paper have different thickness if not coming out the same pack
