In most case the very basic difference between a Service animal and a ESA is service animal are trained to handle situations pertaining to aforementioned were as ESA are just pets.
Just because you put your pet on a leash and call it a service dog does not make it so. I can tell by how that dog is pulling on the leash that it certainly is not one. Actual service dogs need to be certified.
