      docker volume remove kudutha docker la irunthu referenced volume than delete aagum, host la irukura binded directory delete aagathu including data. but binded volume ilaama volume create aairuntha delete aaga chance iruku, so be careful. test it.

      Docker volume video pakkumpothu en volume size check pannen 83 volumes and 7gb varaikkum use pannittu irunthichu nethu than 70% alavukku volume remove pannen

    Mount is working as expected but Host/Bind Volume isn't working. When I create a file in container and check in the host machine, the file is not available.

    Windows machine la volume create panni mount panrathu epdi nu sollunga ji... Facing issue there like below
    PS C:\Windows\system32> docker volume ls
    DRIVER VOLUME NAME
    local 5bf92c6122380145106f20acf1c18958e36dd5564480f1282025075bc02e81ca
    local samplewebsitecontent
    PS C:\Windows\system32> docker run -it -p 8080:80 -v samplewebsitecontent:c:\test nginx
    docker: Error response from daemon: invalid mode: \test.
    See 'docker run --help'.

      docker daemon running la iruka confirm panikonga... then your target mount is not correct... c:\test ithu windows format. unga nginx la mount point /data/test inthamaari format kuduthu try panunga.

      What if I want to map a windows path to a webapp which will store uploaded file in local windows host.... Can you please explain this scenario for both windows and Linux host

    Can you please explain the exact diff between --mount and -v ?

      --mount will help you to mount any type of volumes even local host dir, network filesystems. -v will support only local host filesystem dir.
      if you need more info, try this command. "man docker run", surely will give more idea. hope it helps...
