I wore this last week. Happy to be perfume twins with you. Because I have so many of these light summery cologne types, I really notice the cypress in it.
I smelled this a long time ago and remember liking it. Thanks to your nice review I'll definitely smell it again :) ! (and I like the design of the bottle too !)
Loved this review!! I wish I could have tried the others in the line. I purchased mine from a discounter too since my boutique didn’t have it (I overpaid and realized that when I say it on the website 😂) I really enjoy this fragrance. Thanks for sharing 💕 🍋
I think they're starting to pull it out of boutiques! I didn't see it in my local boutique and I've heard similar things from others. Thanks for watching J!
Thank you for sharing! Always appreciate your honesty Yve. 💜 Very torn about the bottle design myself. I normally love ergonomic and smooth cylinder bottles, so maybe it's the label and cap that make it seem like it came from the dollar store? 😄 I dunno. I know it's from 2008, but it seems like most brands are gravitating towards this kind of simpler and cheaper style lately. "Tis the times.
Thank you for your review. I am not able to find it anywhere except Amazon (which I don't trust as far as perfume buying is concerned). Can anyone please suggest where I'll be able to find it. I really want to buy this perfume badly.
@@yvespiderssmells9956 I actually wonder this about All frag fans. This and what each our diets consist of and if / how that affects our sense of smell, etc.
What size is the one you have? I’ve seen ones that are over 4oz and I’m usually trying to avoid really large bottles but can’t fathom how large a 4oz bottle would be! Thank you.
I don't think you're in the minority in my eyes. I agree. It's just gone generic now. Nothing outstanding is being produced. That said I recently bought a dior fragrance ( reformulated) that I'll mention in an upcoming video that DID surprise me. Thst aside, Dior has lost it's identity. It is just an amalgamation of a sugary mass that is mass, appealing. Where has perfume, artistry disappeared too I wonder.....
When I think about it, there hasn’t been ONE Dior release in the last few years I’ve been a fan of. Not that the perfumes are bad but I haven’t been inspired. Nothing unique. Also the perfume ads are so lame, I cringe. Johnny Depp in the desert with his guitar is an inch away from Brett Michaels territory. And then you have Natalie trucking around flowers… that’s the best you can do, Dior? Where’s the fantasy and nuance! I know he’s problematic but they need John Galliano back. In their defense though other brands aren’t much better in this dept these days.
Haha! The perfume ads are sooo cringey. I agree about John Galliano, as problematic as he is. I look forward more to Maison Margiela's runway shows than Dior's boring mess.

Ah i'll need to pay attention to the cypress next time I wear it!

The texture of the bottle is so nice!
Loving these mini reviews. 😍
Thanks Gabi!
Hopefully this will be available at the local Dior boutiques. I've heard so much about it but never seen a bottle.

interesting! Speaking of smooth cylinder bottles, I don't like the collection privée bottles at all
@@yvespiderssmells9956 Too boring? Slippery? Uninspired?
@@justaddlight easy to copy and not distinctive at all

Good point! How DO you moisturize your skin prior to applying fragrance?
I'm thinking to eventually film a video about my bodycare routine, so stay tuned!

I look forward to watching that video! I agree that the brand has lots its identity, as have a few other designer houses sadly.
