Hello. Please can you help as my washing machine which I purchased few days ago the softener does not be used. However the other compartments the detergent powder is being used. So after the wash when I open the drawer the softener remains inside. Is it the problem of the washing machine?
No it’s was only recalled in South Korea ,Australia because those were the faulty ones the glass was breaking but now it’s a fixed problem but the ones in uk which work perfectly fine so so quiet and good wash results and bespoke isn’t recalled in Iraq,Türkiye,uk and Ireland,Europe because the bespoke in those countries and continents they make the bespokes in high quality good but in America there just so so so low quality it can even last month the bespoke in that video was a Uk bespoke and it does spinwashes with a water jet and it can use the water jet on rinses,spinwashes and spray spin rinse
Samsung management and consumers from Korea and Australia , @dont_like_trash_washers are saying that samsung make poor quality washer in Korea and Australia but not in other countries . 🤔 is this the reason why most Korea bought LG products ?

@ it was actually the bottom of the washer. It was damaged by the delivery guys. Samsung are repairing it this weekend.
