Honestly saying, I am an MIT, this video changed the way I see the world and people. I cant believe this. This video made me believe that different people interprets things differently and see color and life differently. I am no one to force my thought, proof myself right about things and my interpretation on things to people. This video ate me and throw me right out and now i understand what's actually going on.. I will respect from now on everyone's perception and interpretation. Unless and until i have a mass of people those are one the same page.
It is light turquoise and dark white/gray in that picture, the original shoe is pink and white. They double trick people with this, the picture is suppose to be light turquoise and dark white/gray tricking people seeing the original color which is pink and white. which is different from the colored dress. Simple to check this out, take the pictures in a paint or photoshop program, identify(copy) the color from the picture and look at the selected color afterwards where it stands at, that way people saw the blue and black in the dress like it should be originally.... now in this picture it actually shows turquoise and gray in the computer programs... so it is not about a eye sight thing, the pictures colors are changed... Computer programs doesnt have eyes to get fooled. *Drops mic*
How do u know the computer program is not showing pink? Since u thought the colour was grey its still gonna be grey to u cuz ur eyes percieve it like that no matter what the computer shows u .if the computer selects the colour from the picture, ur gonna still see it for what i was, its not like ur gonna start to now see pink ...the computer could be showing pink but since ur *eyes* blocked out the pink from that picture u still wont be able to see pink even when the computer program selected the colour from the pic. another person who sees pink initially will still see pink when the computer program selects the colour from the shoe cuz the colour that ur eyes where initially percieving will never change...
I’ve seen it both ways. It’s an illusion because of the lighting in room you took the image in. The lighting and the way the image turns out matters. I don’t see aqua and gray. I see something very similar to that. But that’s not exactly what I see. I see light gray and a very bright aqua. There is a tint of pink in the light gray. And because of the bright aqua being so bright, it makes people think it’s white. It is actually pink and white but the lighting makes it such a controversial illusion.

Jh onsin Completely false, the picture has a green overlay (the shoes are actually white and pink) some people don’t notice it so just say the colours they see. Some notice the overlay and their brain sort of removes it so they can see it’s actually pink and white

Anthony Sigouin No, it’s because the picture has a green overlay, look at the whole picture and the guys thumb in it. You can see the filter which is what makes the shoes actually white and pink without it. Many people can just see that it’s a filter and see the actual shoe. (It’s actually pink and white)

Interesting to see that some people (me included) see the real color on the picture and the other the color it should be if the shoe was lighted with white light. :D If you open the picture in a picture software and isolate the colors out of the context you will probably see turquoise and grey (with a bit of pink reflects)?
You people this image has been altered in photoshop. The original shoe is Pink and white but the image they are showing is actually Teal and Grey. So the answer is Teal and Grey. Take this into your a color altering program such as photoshop to see for yourself.
The problem is people's eyesight, not their age, for example if someone sees it pink and white then hey have good eyesight and the ones that saw grey and teal are not like the ones that see pink and white, I can see both colors already

Not sure if you still care but they are actually pink and white, however, the picture was taken with a green filter so it appears teal and grey.

Just run it through a machine that can measure the length of the light waves and you can know what the color truly is
