Super excellent video, im glad to see you doing druid content now too! Just wanted to clear up what might be a small misconception about the heart/ns build.
It's for sure outdated with dual spec, but it was intended to be used as a 2nd druid in the raid to tank and heal as needed pull-to-pull. You can even do stuff like tank the 2nd target on big trash packs and then swap to healing after its dead to help top people up and save the other healers mana. It's capable of main tanking with an mcp and good gear if needed too. Thats why you can just go furor for the burst of rage and it enables cat powershifting too but obviously if youre bear spec then you wont quite see the damage.
I would also say youre sleeping a tiny bit on insect swarm because its incredible in pvp and good for soloing too and its just a one point investment. I would say any druid should pick it up unless youre literally just speccing for raids. It's kinda weird as a druid because you almost want tri spec. Basically what im saying is that a pvp spec can also work as a soloing spec, but if you ALSO want a deep feral spec or flag carry spec or something then picking up insect swarm can make any healing spec more viable outside of healing for only one point. Especially with a moonglow spec. Obviously you did touch on this point but thats why I said a tiny bit haha. Druids just want so many specs that splashing insect swarm into one kinda helps with that pressure.

Thank you so much the amazingly detailed comment. I definitely don't have experience druid tanking or flag carrying so it's always fantastic when someone in the comments can cover for my blind spots!
      Upvoted for visibility! :)

Without the buff cap I am seeing good druids absolutely dominate on raw healing.
The 2019 mindset for what a Druid brings to raid is dead, now you can roll hots on tanks, you are no longer just spamming r4 healing touch saving your innervate so the priest can look good.

I mean, the buff cap realistically doesn't impact much IMO.
Rolling hots on the tank constantly is still a bunch of over-healing. I'll roll rejuv's on someone if I'm using Swiftmend, but otherwise I feel it's a pretty big waste of mana.
If you're innervating yourself to compete with priests then you're not really 'competing' since they could have used that innervate as well.

@ that is the most broken logic chain I have ever read. If you are using your cd’d on yourself you aren’t really competing.
How about if a priest needs a an innervate to compete with a Druid they really aren’t that competitive.
The buff cap changes everything as it allows a Druid to use their whole kit effectively. Where as before you literally couldn’t use 2/3rds of your kit.
In guilds that aren’t pigeon holing druids using 2019 mindsets druids are doing outstanding effective healing numbers.
Priests have always been the top healer because they used druids innervates and druids were not allowed to use their hots on mele.

    Bros stuck in 2024

@@Xuhtig essentially my comment as well. Druids don’t heal the way he is describing any more. We can use our hots on mele now there is no reason to gimp your healing.

@@Average1212 That's not what he meant. xD
He's making fun of the title saying 2024.
And there is a very good reason not to use your HoT's. They're highly inefficient in Classic for a multitude of reasons. I'm dropping a video about why HoT's are bad.
