Sola Oludare it depends with the area, to find what she's got you need to check out 'Beyond Retro' in Bethnal Green
Beyond Retro is more of a vintage store and the prices are insane for what you get, just like Blitz or East End thrift store! however last week they Beyond Retro had a good sale in Dalston where the prices where pretty good!

Rahila Ashaya My charity shops have 99p racks and I've gotten a Ralph Lauren Polo vest and CK jumper all from that 99p rack soooo depends where you go
there are youtube thrifters like IamDionneDean who shops thrift stores for clients who can't get to one. She creates thrift boxes. Maybe you can get in touch with her and try out her services. She lives here in CHicago but travels to other cities like Dallas and Florida to thrift also. And she also has fam that lives in the UK.

if you're not sure about some of your clothes, try taking them to the tailor's or looking for a friend with a sewing machine! my sister helps me shorten sleeves/hems and makes some of the clothes i thrift fit a little better by taking them in, the smallest stitches can do wonders!
