Even in mes all houses dont have servant quarters. its only if you get allotted a bungalow which are only a very few at a station. And servant does some work for free rest you have to pay and you also pay for gardener yourself if there's a big garden in the bungalow. For using car you have to pay 20,000 per month only then you get car even at all levels chief engg, ADG, DG included. Govt cant afford driver as employees so all are private hired by govt so we officers only pay.

Mes facilities more than other departments No in general , only accomodation options are better as it is part of defence
