Agree. Even though I'm not an AP i know how things are seeing my friends and professors. And one thing JRF earns more than most Asst Prof of private universities. So sad that this happens only in india where teachers are under appreciated the most. However central universities do pay a good amount.

Actually nothing is easy ..Fresher kisi ko kahi bhi i think except iitians etc. no one get 50k ..pvt or govt. m difference aata h already..But i will seriously tell you ..m smjh skti hu aapko mushkile aa rhi hongi ..aapko low feel ho rha hoga sometimes..but believe me aap bhtt achi jgh ho ..bhtt achha kr rhe ho .. seriously.. don't feel demotivated yr ..bhtt km age m you become someone still wanted to become ..so bless uh ❤..u r doing good ❤..

Govt. Assistant professor me bhi to itni good salary he.... Kuch years me hi 1 lakh se upper ho jati he and retirement tak more than 3.5 lakh..... I think that's enough and highest paying govt. Job

Right ma'am,U r talking akdom hide realities behind assistant professor job but all other things are temporary if ur passion is teaching nd u find some happiness through teaching nd will be happy to become assistant professor in your life, permanent assistant professor salary is really decent salary to spend a happy life according to me !

Hey beautiful sachi tho yeh hai ki kisi bhi field mein chala jao har jagha less vacancy or agar vacancy hai tho competition, corruption political activities hai or rahi bata money ki tho fresher ko kaam income provide hoti hai ku ki unka pass experience nahi hota after experience or ap ki skill ka according income increase hoti hai cha vho private sector ho ya government sector ho . Hey pooja, I have done pg in english through distance and now when there are some vacancies even if I go for the interview I don’t feel like I’m interested in this subject, like padhane se pehle khud ka v enthusiasm hona chahiye na woh hai hi nahi . Isliye I have decided to pursue masters again at ignou in political science as this subject attracts me more

It’s good that you’re aware about your preferences. If English doesn’t excite you then don’t continue with it. Choose subject which you would like to continue your future with. All the best

mam when u qualify for ugc net with jrf at that time what u will do phd or phd + teaching. that is possible u can do both?
With job i can only do part time phd but to do a regular Phd degree i have to leave my job

There always be a confusion about choosing a right subject because there’s no right subject especially in the field of arts. No subject guarantees a job, all you can do is look for colleges and see that if they provide vacancies or other opportunities in this subject. If you really love this subject and you believe that you can qualify the exam then do it anyways otherwise you should reconsider your decision
I have quary. if anyone qualify ugc net exam and they want to apply for assistent professor post so Will they have to give assistent Professor entrance exam In university & colleges.
Mostly interviews is the next level for selection but for some government universities yes state’s do conduct written examination first and then interviews

I corrected only 72-75 questions In ugc net in p1 21-23 p2 52 questions correct. my category is general and i must correct atleast 100 questions for qualify this exam. Medam a small doubt sir :- if i got a government job and wrote NET exam simultaneously and i qualified for JRF and my question is ,,it is possible to receive JRF fellowship amount and government job salary by doing govt job simultaneously is possible or not sir please respond medam
No, this is not possible. Either you can only avail your scholarship or do job.
