And Your Bird Can Sing
Tomorrow Never Knows
Come Together
She's So Heavy
Its a wonderful song, beautiful arrangement.
You can pick almost any song from The Beatles catalogue and it'll be brilliant.
You can go from Yesterday to Helter Skelter, from Oh Darlin' to Let It Be.
Throw in Help!, While My Guitar Gently Weeps
And that's just the start !
This song is about a girl who had everything she wanted from her parents, but she was lonely and wanted to have fun, so she left.
Its a true story, Paul read about it in the newspaper and wrote a song!
I was 13 when the Beatles hit the music scene. I never got to see them live, but I had every album. Still love The Beatles 🔥❤️☮️👵🏼
You are about the same age as me! Love this song.
The music by the Beatles is timeless! As far as the videos being blocked are concerned, it is usually the video portion that is getting blocked. Try audio only and chances are it will not get blocked.
Ok thank you.
Wonderful reaction :) Good journey...Peace!
The singing between John and Paul is like an adaption of Dante Alegeiri or the greek tragedy. I know reads the story in a newspaper, also like John in his song A Day In The Life. So they used daily news to put them into a song...simply amazing
yeah touching song, v bugs had so so many gd n great songs, n such variety n creating new sounds, very creative.
The Beatles get blocked because they are the biggest selling musical artist of all time, and therefore their copyright enforcement is very strict. Other reactors are getting the videos through though, so you might just have to wait for some period of time before they release them. I recommend you check out the live performance of the Beatles on the rooftop doing the song "Don't Let Me Down". I subscribed.
Peace
Welcome to the Beatles fall down The Beatles rabbit hole you won’t be disappointed now you know why all of us used back then they change a whole generation
That whole album is Great.
LYRICS MATTER!
Hi! The Beatles - She´s Leaving Home. So good and timeless song!
My suggestions songs. The Beatles - All you need is Love. and (Let it be - Ferry Aid. (1987)
Thanks Vee! For a great reaction video. 🙂
This is a song about a 17 year old girl leaving her middle class home one morning. Written from a newspaper article about a real girl, Melanie Coe interviewed decades later here: ruclips.net/video/5ivE4G27Uys/видео.html
This song is based on a story Paul McCartney read in the newspaper
A real girl, but that line "she's having fun...fun is the one thing that money can't buy"
This song is so sad.😪
The Sgt Pepper album is the one album where they made a very conscious decision to NOT sound like the Beatles. But when you examine their entire catalogue, they pretty much starting reinventing themselves from the start, album after album. By this time they had removed themselves from writing the traditional 3 minute teenage pop song and were focusing on observations on society and commentary. They'd see things in newspapers or magazines and write a song about it. Here, Paul saw an article, wrote up a song, brought it into the studio and showed it to John who added the response bit. Other songs on this album: 'Lucy In the Sky With Diamonds' was based on a drawing John's son had drawn, 'Being For the Benefit Of Mr Kite' was based on a circus poster, 'Good Morning Good Morning' was inspired by a corn flakes commercial, 'A Day In The Life' was partially inspired by yet another news item and so on.
Good harmonies.
"Who is the song about?" The answer is in the song if you go back and listen.
A somewhat longer answer is that the song is about a British teenager in 1967 named Melanie Coe. Paul McCartney wrote the song after reading a newspaper article about how Melanie Coe ran away from home. Here is an interesting video story about Melanie Coe: ruclips.net/video/5ivE4G27Uys/видео.html
She's leaving home only one of two Beatles songs that no beatle played an instrument on the other being Eleanor Rigby
Beautiful vocal harmonization tho...John & George's voices are so clear
@@karaamundson3964 sorry, but the vocals are McCartney and Lennon Harrison vocal is not on the song
Couple of things. The Beatles did not play any instruments on this song. Two, they were only in their mid 20's when they wrote and performed this song. Who is thinking like this at 25 when everyone else is performing rock and being rebellious, yet they told a story from the parents point of view even though they were about the same age as the girl in the song.
