Like the videos! Had a Morgan a while back, yes lower beak and thinner body. Perhaps the body is due to the casting manufacturing process? Could be Ralph’s philosophy of resonance as well, from what I can gather he had certain very particular ideas about things.
Does This Mouthpiece fit on the standard cork or do you have to make some adjustments ? I am using a Mouthpiece cafe Slant Supreme now and I tried their Primo piece and had to adjust the cork fit. It makes life difficult if you want to change your mouthpieceduring a gig.
I know it. I found it to be pretty standard compared to the link and Klum pieces. Shouldn't be too much of a hassle. Finding a ligature to fit might be a process though. I ended up using the Rover that came with the piece. I'm not a fan of those but I was impatient to play the piece and it works well enough for what it is.
