Hi if his visa/BRP was expired and moved to another country then he will have to start again to get PR in the UK. He will have to continuously work for 5 years on skilled visa and then apply for ILR.
There is no small job for students, if they want to pay back the loan and cover their tuition fee and pay the rent they have to do job wherever they can find.. if they can find in a software company then nothing better than that.. but the reality is different!
