I am an oci holder and holding a valid British passport ( citizenship) and am living in India for last 6 years with my husband who is an Indian citizen and got indian passport ! Will my British citizenship be affected if am living in India with oci card ? Also can I live in India with oci permanent with British citizenship passport? Hope no issues within India or if I travel back to and fro to Uk & India , any immigration issues ? What do I need to carry documents if I plan to visit my friends in UK fir shirt visit from India ? Also can I renew British passport from India as my British passport needs to be renewed in2027 ! Can I live and work in India with oci indefinitely along with valid British passport citizenship?( I got naturalisation in year 2008 & British passport in year 2009 , oci in year 2014 ! Very expensive i already did that only 2000£ is a company license fees. I did every by my self no need to visit home office. Everything is available on the Gov websites

We are started business as a partnership. We are two partners and we both require skilled worker visa from this business So what is the minimum salary is required to sponcer our self. (We have PSW visa)

There is a new provision in the law that the salary of Indian nurses in Uk should be at least Rs 41 lakh per year. Only then will Indian nurses get visa there.

There is no specific law for Indian nurses they change the minimum threshold for all skilled workers to 38000£ per year
