Dave a porterhouse is not a Filet and Ribeye. It is a Filet and New York Strip. NY Strip is a complete different cut than a Ribeye. Chiefs bone in ribeye has the spinalis which is the best cut of meat on the cow. But the main point is Dave doesn't know what a porterhouse is. 21:32

Chief calling Bone-in Ribeye "great bang for your buck" is ludicrous -- the bone is heavy, 14oz on a bone-in ribeye is the same amount of meat as 8 oz of Filet. Also Dave said that Porterhouse was Filet and Ribeye... keep dreaming, it's Filet and Strip. Also, sommeliers don't wait for you to tell them the wine "is good," they're looking to see if it's corked.

watching this draft w/ mostly midwestern guys reminds me how nice it is to live in Maine. Lobster and scallops fresh off the boat anytime I want, and on the cheap 'cus I know a guy. Personally, I'd take scallops over lobster at a nice dinner 'cus its less messy. But my god none of it ever gets old

Bingo. I can make a steak as good as I’ve ever had at any fancy restaurant at home like any self respecting male should be able to do so I usually go with something I can’t make at home when I’m at a really fancy restaurant. Steak is just a boring entree when you’re at a high class spot.

Most of the wagyu sold in this country isn’t real. Something like 88% of it. It comes from descendants of real wagyu cows but not treated the same way they do it in Japan. Huge scam
