@AP90x it looks like you need to check your eyes or you must be colorblind. The video shows African American firefighters. Watch it again or just in case, video mark 0:51 is the first one. Stop making this a race thing.

Such an ignorant statement. I’m a black man currently in the process for a full time department. I also served in the Army prior to this. These type of jobs are open to anyone who qualifies. Can’t hire people if they don’t want it themselves. If you want it you gotta put in the work to meet the qualifications and standards. Lose the victim mentality.
