I am forever grateful to have heard your voice singing Icaros in an Ayahuasca ceremony. Something I will always remember. You are absolutely right, it was magic. My spirit soared and was dancing to your songs. So much Love to You!💚
Wow. I never knew all these details, so I'm loving the cool & educating layers. Your energy in this clip shows such genuine lightness that you feel closer & more present, like you're in the same room as I am, weeee!
Thank you so much for sharing this Kat. The singing in ceremony has always been very moving to me, and I have always been very spoken to by music. Can't wait to hear you sing again. Sooooo much love!
Some came in an instant...some took years to really connect to...some are a work in progress! They are relationships, so they evolve and change over time too :)
Thank you for such an informative video Kat. I have two questions. If you have drank ayahuasca, can you use the icaros after your ceremony without the medicine. I'm curious, is there a benefit or practice of listening to the icaros at a later time without the physical medicine? I am also curious too, if listening to the icaros without ever drinking medicine can have a benefit. I have found music so powerful and healing for me my whole life on it's own..... that this also intrigues me very much. thank you so very much : ))
Hi Adriana - great questions! Yes absolutely, listening to Icaros after working with the medicine is a beautiful way to reconnect with that space. And the power of those songs - their language and vibration - are potent all by themselves. They are deeply healing songs :)
@@PlantMedicinePeople Thank you so much Kat. I look forward to exploring more listening to the Icaros. I feel healing power from music so I feel listening to the sacred songs can be powerful too. I did bio feedback last night for the first time and it even felt a bit like a journey. wonder how the bio feedback would be if it were icaros ~ ~ so interesting. much love and thank you for writing.
