LED replacement bulbs are great, but we can easily say headlights like the XBs will blow those upgrades out of the water. If you want a budget-friendly upgrade, the SV4 and GTRs are the way to go. If you have some money to spend and really want the best - XB LED Headlights are the answer.
Shouldn't - Honda is really good about compatibility with LEDs. We can't promise this, though. Haven't had an overseas car in the studio for confirmed testing.
On a 10th gen Civic it doesn't matter because the headlight assembly has a built-in DRL. However, on something like my 9th gen Civic which uses the high beam at ~30% brightness as a DRL, they all should, but it depends. Every vehicle is different, because it depends on the voltage of the DRL. The DLR on the S-V.4 for example only works down to 9V I believe, so if the voltage of your car is less than that you might run into issues, or it just won't work.
@@HeadlightRevolution Indeeed, i shouldn't. And you guys are doing great demonstrating why headlights should be leveled properly. The only problem is that i'm now contemplating wearing sunglasses at night (j/k), so this tells me that even if the number of led misaligned headlights were small, there's already too many of them right now. That said, when i see brighter and brighter led bulbs out there, all i can think of is another possible nuisance. On another note, keep up the good work. I really enjoy the thorough reviews that ya'll put out.
Would love to see you guys test out Stedi's Project led conversion, projector specific leds designed just for projector headlights
I'd love to see the comparison of the sv4 and gtr2 vs the morimoto xb headlight assemblies.

@@HeadlightRevolution just gotta wait for them to cone back in stock!

We can definitely try!
❤❤❤awesome Informations 👌 👏 👍 😍 💖

Hi

Please let me know if possible
Thanks
Does the Honda civic 2017 have a projector or reflector housing for headlights??
Projector for low beams and reflector for high beams
Does Honda Civic 10th gen have CANbus system ? Live in Sweden!

I live in Australia and mine one has a resistor that comes with it
Would a HID be even brighter in a Projector housing
Hid is still superior for distance but led is brighter in very front with nicer color
Morimoto Highbeam was scattered around
Will these work for my 2019 Honda Civic Sport sedan ?
As long as you get the correct bulb type, yes. For example, the low beam on my 9th gen Civic is a 9006-type bulb, so I'd need a 9006-type LED bulb.
Absolutely, as our friend mentioned, just make sure you get the right bulb type/size!
Anything decent in the sub $100 range?
Yeah, the boffa xlr2's.
NOT in Germany! Man im living in the wrong place of the world...........
Do the DRL with these bulbs work?

Am I the only one who looks at the gtr and feel sorry for the other peeps on the road? 🤔
You shouldn't!
These have a great cutoff when installed properly!
