Definitely get the pro stock version of this which is called CCM hp45. also has an extra protection version called CCM hp45X. they come with lots of options like+1" +2" and/or zipper 1" extension you don't want the gaps on protection from retail pants. Also the Pro stock HP45 has the traditional lace system in the crotch which keeps it square and stable. This velcro/belt on this retail pants is known to get twisted and feel twisted.
I just got these in the mail from you guys. These look the same as the FT4, but they're actually updated quite a bit. The FT6 is shorter and feels more form fitting/mobile, the crotch gusset is wider, they removed the thin padding in the upper thigh area (probably for air flow, but wish they would have kept it), and they changed the way the suspender buttons attach probably to improve durability. The new logo is also a bonus. Overall a really nice improvement.
I think a Senior Small would honestly be too short in length for you, even with using the +1" extension. I would recommend going with a Senior Medium, and if the waist is too big, you can use hockey pant suspenders to keep them up. Brandon at IW Hockey
I’m a quick and agile player who tried on these pants, and I’m not sure how I feel. I haven’t used them on the ice but in the store it almost felt like there was too much protection in the knee area making it make my leg feel kinda squeezed in there but not in a good way. And they felt a little heavy holding. It was my size and everything though. How would these compare to the ft4’s? Thanks, great vid
Hey! I also saw you comment regarding the AS 580's. The FT6's are built with premium protection for elite-level play, while still providing maximum mobility for the quick and agile player. These are lighter than previous JetSpeed FT4 Line too. Did you utilize the leg openings to get more volume around the leg? Another option would be the JetSpeed FT85's, they have a lighter fit and may be better around your legs. Brandon at IW Hockey
If I get these in stores and I haven’t used them yet am I still able to return them anytime or is that only online? And if I can will I get all my money back? Thank you!
You should check the return policy of your store. As for us, we offer a 90-day exchange, so if you try them on and they don't fit, we offer you a full refund and include free return shipping! Like you mentioned, they can't be used though. Brandon at IW Hockey

I'm going to blame that on my Canadian accent :)
