The BEST Beginner Deck in Storm Warfare TCG

In past playtests, Britain/UK has been the strongest class in Storm Warfare TCG. It's still strong as hell! I made a point of building some UK decks as soon as I started learning the new expansion in Storm Warfare and I was not disappointed.
After initially trying some aggressive builds, I focused in on this control-style list that tries to take maximum advantage of the Intel mechanic to ramp out late game threats as early as possible.
