30' by 26' - corner plot house plan video upload kijiye. Corner pa 2 side road hai, ground floor pe pura hall rakna hai parking ke ek toilet bhi banana hai, first floor pe - 2 room, 1 Puja ghar, 1 kitchen, bathroom with toilet etc

You are a talented architect as you draw all rooms entry from from drawing room which save a lot of space for small size plot. But I like stairs up from right side of car park, height of stairs 14', which will save space on left side. Guest tiolet under the stairs. I am not architect but has build ten homes in my life and learn, how to save space. Draw a home designe like train compartment, is a waist of space.

That was a detailed and impressive design presentation. If you can pls help me by making a floor design for a 27x26 super plot area which should also show balcony at the front and maximum air ventilation. The plot size is 24x23 but ground floor shall be used for parking space and above it 3 feet of balcony area can be covered in the main plot area. It is a corner L shaper plot with 24 feet of front and 23 feet of length. Open from front and right side of the plot. I tried making a 3BHK plan with 2 small washrooms. Thanks!
