We just completed our house construction this diwali 4 months back in around 2000sq feet and it cost me around 20 lakh for one floor only so I think it is not possible to make 3 floor in 30lakh. Possibly It's around 45-50lakh as per the interior designing used in this house. Rest if it is true than I appreciate his planning and efforts....
It depends, wht your mistri or thedar chargers per sqr ft. At big cities thy normally charge around 150-190 per square foot. And in rural area or town it cost 130 per sqr ft. This only makes a difference of few lacks.

Yeah i agree. I renovated my 1bhk flat last year and it costed me around 3.5 lacs and that too without any furniture work. Its not possible to build such a house and then do this kind of interior and all of this under 30 lacs.

Viewers keep one point in mind while designing modular kitchen - don't forget to make space for keeping gas cylinder under the countertop. Shutters will have false skirting so that cylinder can go in easily. If you keep only drawers in base cabinets then in the future there'll be a big design flaw and headache later
Yeah that’s right … but In my kitchen it is there and now the hole for pipe is cut so cylinder is shifted under the countertop 😊… well .. my Mom was not ready for it but I know it doesn’t look good

Foundation aur main structure ka cost add krne ke baad kya aayega aur kaun se area ka cost bata rhe ho ye bhi batao. Material cost bhi add krna aur kis type ka material use hua h ye bhi jaise ki A grade brick use hua h ya B grade brick.
Nice 🏠 house ... You have put in lot of efforts. Mujhe sirf ek jagah flaw laga ..aapki kitchen pantry ka door wall pe khulta hai, jiski wajah se wo completely open nahi hota. Usually usey open side banaya jaata hai jise ki wo fridge ki tarah Puri khule. But overall it's good :)
