Looking so much better than this time last year I wonder where everybody went. Yes it's good for Philadelphia to clean up this area but where did the people go?
They just moved to another spot. that's what they do. Plus this big snow storm that will hit me and Philadelphia. What do these people do when it's raining sleeting and frozen and snowing?

I think it's just winter and they're held up somewhere keeping warm. I was much the same last year.
