I love Jamie!! Julie from USA here, every time we go to visit London I always have breakfast at his restaurant, I love his cooking and how simple he keeps all his recipes! After I saw this segment this morning, I went to the store and found Harissa! I will be making this dish this weekend!
Made this for our tea tonight after watching it on Tele this morning. Only I made it with little meatballs from Cumberland sausage I needed to use up. It was absolutely delicious 🤤🤤
Chili paste is available everywhere but the true taste of Harissa which is pure Tunisian name for our mixture of Chili and other Tunisian spices can be found only in Tunisia I’m living in Dubai , I tried Syrian , Moroccan chili paste but could not find the same flavor

Another of my favourite chef’s….and his puke tuka….all his recipes can be twicked and adapted that’s why he is so good at what he does…..Just remember figs often have worms because a certain wasp lay their eggs in figs but they are harmless (adds to the flavour some say)…the water on the pasta helps the sauce stick to it…and how many times have chefs told Holly that..Gino and many others….surely she’s not that much of an airhead ❤️🇦🇺🇦🇺
