I have around 18 yrs of experience overall in development and now I am aspiring to be a scrum master and I was really but nervous about my career transition to a scrum master role. After watching your video, I am very clear about taking the scrum master role with confidence.
Kudos to you for creating a positive impact.

Absolutely, your concern is valid and I understand the challenges freshers might face in a competitive job market. While it's true that experienced candidates often have an advantage, there are definitely ways for freshers to break into these roles like Business Analysis, Scrum Master, and Agile Coach.
In fact, we've got some exciting news for you! Our paid mentorship program is designed to bridge this gap and provide comprehensive guidance for entry-level candidates. We understand that these roles require hands-on experience and practical insights, and that's exactly what our mentorship program offers. Our mentors are industry experts who can provide you with personalized guidance, real-world scenarios, and the tools you need to succeed.

Nice content and things are really motivating.
As per my idea in india, IT companies started understanding scrum after 2013 previous to that no one was using the scrum.
If they are using, they must be from team of Jeff Sutherland and Ken Schwaber I would say. 😄
So point is , SM having 10 Plus Years of experience if companie are expecting then it would be wrong. I do not think in india, you will have any person who dedicatedly working as SM more then 10 years.
This is just my thought, it can be wrong.
