Fibromyalgia is a condition of wear and tear caused many times by trauma. It's the result of years of not sleeping well and the pain in your muscles can get real serious. Been dealing with it for years now and know others with similar life experiences. I highly reccomend to take everything super slow. Drop everything if necessary on days when you're just not feeling well. Prioritise your health in every way. If you just take a moment to rest or have a full night sleep you can almost 'save the world' the next day. Pls don't feel like you're being weak if you're not feeling your best....be kind to yourself 🌼

It will I was on and off fibromyalgia medicine and are medicine rheumatoid arthritis. It got to the point where I was on foggy cloud seeing And not wanting to do anything. I’ve had PTSD since I was a young kid to a teenager to an adult and it got worse after I lost my daughter.
I really care about him but I found out a month before his baby momma he already has a 7 year old w is pregnant, very pregnant. She showed up to a practice and I had to ask him afterwards if the child was his, he wasn’t going to tell me, and I started to pull away bc he wouldn’t talk to me about it. I really wanted to work it out but he cut off any conversation pertaining to it. The little girl was born around Jan. 9th and he closed up and only started to ask me to spend time to have sexy time. I can not do that. It was a complete turnaround of how he treated me before. I understand, please take care of your family. But he didn’t allow me to decide if I was ok with being in this. Shame on me if I chase after him asking him for attention he isn’t willing to give on his own at risk of interfering with them possibly to work out or have someone to have sex with while he waits on baby momma to heal, I did not willing sign up for that role. I was heart broken. He is a Sag.
