I had a friend who never washed their legs or back. I don't know how that's possible. It's gross. They always said "it gets clean with you rinse you hair or body". Um. No. That could apply to your whole body then. If you're not washing your back because it "gets clean"' when you rinse out the shampoo, you could say the same for your whole body. It's just gross. This person also didn't use a washcloth or loofah. They'd just put shower gel in their hands and wash like that. So gross.

Some say that you should shower fiveish days a week or something like that, and some say that you shouldn't take more than one shower a day. Now, what you say it's kinda true. You must wash only important parts of your body, where oils and dead skin particularly accumulate, such as the head and hair, armpits, the groin, nails, ganitals and, well, your behind. The rest of your body gets washed as the soap and shampoo go down your body.
