Actually now that I think of it, seeing Sage and Omen together isnt weird at all. Omen is the way he is because of Sage and Sage in the lore has been trying to get him back to normal ever since. (She failed to resurrect him). Could explain why she is angry too and Omen comforts her afterwards.
