Go in catania in sicily you will neva found a pizza like there 1 because the product are super, 2 because the oven (most of them) ar made with the black stones from Etna vulcano... So you can imagine the taste that can give at the dough 😋
As a Sicilian i have to say that isn't as good as the Napoletan one. We have other dishes that are iconic of our island (cannoli, arancine and many many others).

Im trying to figure that out myself. I think it might be a super creamy goat cheese. Edit: Panna de cocina cooking cream. Its thicker than heavy and whipping cream but with less fat and is not sweet.

I'm from Sicily. I have been also in Napoli(city of the pizza). Generally you can find a pizza margherita on the streets for 2/ 2,5 € in Napoli, or if you go in a Pizzeria or a restaurant and you sit the price are a little higher, like from 4,5€ for a Margherita. There are a lot of toppings, and sometimes they are very particular, so the price goes up to over 12 euros (but only in some specific pizzeria with the top quality ingredients).
