So those 2 months of preparation was just her revision phase because the ncert books she's referring to, she already started studying from 11th till graduation final year. start reading eng books, start find meaning of words you encounter which are difficult for you. start watching podcasts in eng and then also do practicing and with that make videos also in eng like choose a topic and then try to speak on it
For science the 9th and 10th NCERT which you showed in the video that is enough yeah? Because when checking for PYQS and other resources there are some depth questions so will the 9th and 10th NCERT be sufficient for CDS?

If you’re preparing for NDA you might start if you’re weak in academics but for CDS (graduate entry) no need. You should play sports, participate in extracurriculars and try to build your personality instead.
