I I went Paris last month and i took day pass for 2 days in 23 Euros which includes all buses and metro for transportation and hotel charges for 1 night was 23 euros for food i spended approx 10 euros for a meal, and for Eiffel Tower i paid 9.5 euros ( student ticket price)..so All together it cost us around 98 euro in 2 days... flight tickets and visa charges are not included in this.

Honestly, if we do not consider the shipping part, it was not that expensive i think.... Like esp the cost for food was just about the cost of a nice meal at a nice place in Mumbai... So as someone living in Mumbai, i personally don't think that it is ridiculous...
