Great video series! But any stretching before any exercise is just bad. Do your stretching before going to bed for the most positive impact. You don’t want to take out the tension of any muscle while exercising because you need that tension! Stretching -> injury. Stretching is for the longterm. You need to stretch everyday & someday you might see some difference compared to when you first started. Nevertheless keep up the good work! Really enjoyed your series here on RUclips, thank you for putting so much effort into making something for us for FREE! Just thank you!
