In Australia we call the blue crab a blue swimmer crab and blue here means he is a male, the female is the same but instead of blue it has a orange/maroon colour. Great video will subscribe to watch more

That fish is called a "Black Chin Tilapia" one of the most invasive fish in Florida and my country Philippines
