The reasoning behind this attribute spread: 14 Marksmanship since that's the most important attribute for a bow build. 8 Wilderness Survival is a breakpoint for Troll Unguent (+6 -> +7 Regeneration) 8 Expertise is a breakpoint for 5 energy skills reducing their cost to 3, it also increases the damage of Point Blank Shot. ... And I'd dump the remaining points into Beast Mastery, but you could also get Expertise to 9. This is of course just my suggestion, but I also want to encourage some experimentation. For example, you could cut some points from Expertise and get your Wilderness Survival up to 10 which is the next breakpoint for Troll Unguent, you will gain some regeneration and Ignite Arrows damage at the cost of some energy management. For Warrior/Rangers or any other non-primary Rangers without access to Expertise, the example spread would look as follows: 12 Marksmanship 10 Wilderness Survival 4+2 Tactics (or whatever else Attribute you want)
"Pick the one you prefer" is the correct answer. That being said, Ignite Arrows is best for me hunting charr. I don't care about the math. I like seeing the numbers when I AoE a mob of enemies. I use Ignite > dual shot > troll unguent (this finishes just after the arrow hits lol).
Get on a hill, bear is down. Start taming. By the time the bear is on you, you have become friend. IIRC there is a spot where you can do that near the drunken hunters. Idk tho, I did that like 14 years ago. But I have better recollection from Guild Wars than from highschool so hopefully this is serviceable.
My guy I loved guild wars 1 all my life. god walking amongst mortals and everything else. But have you considered to use your drive that you clearly have to do something else now? :D you could try to cure cancer or help starving children. Wtf

Many damage numbers on the screen really does make brain produce happy chemicals, I love it too
I'm glad to know people sitll play this game. It was my first MMORPG back in 2005 when I was at the tender age of 14

I still can't decide so I'll use neither - thanks for the help!
How did you tame a bear?
Through pain and suffering.
Get on a hill, bear is down. Start taming. By the time the bear is on you, you have become friend.
