As someone who studied psychology so much of what we were taught was just a list of theories, not to mention the ridiculous DSM. We need to tear up many of the psychology texts as well and focus on practical, medication free interventions, which may range from common sense to hypnotherapy to acupuncture to whatever natural approach suits the person. Once the therapy fits with the clients belief system and has no harmful side effects success is far more likely than drugging an unsuspecting population.
We should be empowering people not disempowering them.

Assuming you're from the United states, not sure if you're aware that Medicare and perhaps other 'better' private insurances are not going to pay for things like acupuncture and hypnotherapy regardless of how efficacious and safe they are compared to neurotoxic Pig Pharma lobotomy pills. But that's America for you. Only wealthy people who can afford to pay out of pocket for such things are going to benefit from such alternatives . And acupuncture and hypnotherapy for example are not one shot deals. You have to go for a series of visits at least. So yeah... Big Pharma, mainstream psychiatry, the medical insurance industry .... they're all in bed with each other.
They probably should be teaching meditation at the very least in American schools to help children learn how to manage anxiety and other issues starting at an early age, but of course that would be too "woke" and leftist so it's never going to happen in the United States on a broad scale anyway. I've heard of a very few schools doing it but definitely not many.

Most people aren’t delusional when you talk to them. If it’s really severe I don’t know what to do. But sometimes people talk to themsleves when they’re alone and that’s normal. Sometimes delusions are caused by infections or psychiatric drugs. I wish y’all well.
Psychiatrist is helping many minds , i had spiritual awakening and knowing them those stay in hospital know about my intake sample i took some cough syrup, i was told by him on road to my house means they have the same spirit's but they minds is overtaken means didn't have spiritual awakening but i hope studies to know what is the elements of spirits so v can do something about it 🙏😇 guy had seen everything 🙏😇 to do something about it.

Bravo! It is the inquisition, all over again! The same kind of witch mania that happened before in Europe. Yes, the mind can be irremediably broken, but that is because the conscience needs to be created. Are there people forever trapped and burning in hell? Yes there are , but treating those in the psychiatric manner is the same as blood letting on the basis of the four humor in the middle ages- not only does it completely miss the point on the wrong assumptions, but it is actually making things worse.
