You're making the assumption that the AB would/could have run the ball from behind their posts and scored. I'm not sure if you're incredibly optimistic or not particularly bright.
@@jjm4526 They could also easily have lost the ball, gotten tackled to death or simply made some other stupid mistake, It happens. No one will ever know. The test is gone and dusted and SA won.
this is a great game but the commentator is aussie, and they are very bias hahaha, no more for sprinkboks and wallabies in this era of rugby after 17 years...
You had 3 broadcast teams doing this game. Gavin Cowley called it for SA and the world feed, Gordon Bray did it on Seven, and Grant Nisbett for Sky in NZ. You'll never see that again, since Stan takes the world feed for non-aussie games.
One of the best games of rugby you will ever see this game had it all
Hell ... what a game ... coulda gone either way .... full on 80 minutes. 2 best teams in the world
Holy crap that was insane rugby 🏉😳👏
I know Fleck wasn't the greatest all-rounder or most disciplined player... but his minimalistic dummies are still mesmerizing....
He should have been an inside centre his whole career. Tim Horan used to say this. And based on this game, Tim Horan was correct.
Cullens Try at 5.40 of the second half, AMAZING im one of the greatest Tri-Nations games ever
Crazy match, lots of running and lots of errors, anyone could have taken this one. Cant wait for rugby to start again in SA! Ons is uitgehonger!!!
What a game of rugby
Can't help but notice this rugby is WAY WAY more crazy and exciting than the boring crap dished up today.
Agree 100%
great dis nou Rugby man. Wens SA kan so weer perform en soos 1995 welldone
NZ were never going to win this game however to there credit they came back and led at one stage from being down by so many, a mark of a great team!
Mate
It could of gone either way at the end!
I like the ref, unlike todays he let it run!
Leon MacDonald will never live this down.
Wtf was he thinking?
@@C45-w4o Cullen would've ran it
Great game
Awesome reffing by the way
Unlike todays complete and total ruining of running play!
1970 1976 1981 South Afrira 1986 South Africa on TOP
Amazing
Unbelievable!
Jonah was just a passenger the greatest threat on the wing and he just sat there unused, hopeless by the ab,s
If im not mistaken Lomu never scored a try against the Boks in 13 tests. The Boks had him well covered. Unlikely he would have scored in this game.
Why does everyone say Australia vs New Zealand in 2000 is the best test ever? This was cleary a better test match
Agreed far better game
Nah the nz v aus game was won at the death and the last try was scored by the most popular rugby player at the time.
Maxmo as well as the highest record attendance in a rugby game
@@virgboogie This game is right up there though. Even though we lost 😂🤧
I remember the game and wondered why the hell did he dot the ball down at the end
he thinks there's an added minute of added time left the problem is the hooter has sounded a bonehead move that cost NZ the tri nations title

The All Blacks could easily have done that and have done it plenty of times in test rugby.

Bokkkies julle is great
Nowadays safrica is a bufta team
The same South Africa that won the world cup???
What does that shit even mean... Sa have 3 world cups. You small minded and backward
Hahahaha this comment hasn't aged well at all.
