@Sonya Curti you love it? And would buy it again? I was thinking of purchasing it from the Softub online dealer rather than going into the Softub store because it's 2 hours away. Did you order it online? Which unit did you get?
can you do a review of it now that you have had it for a bit - wondering how it holds the temp when in use on Canada winter days - From Alberta, looking to get one if worth it
I’m not installing this, but I’m at a place that has one and the tub is stuck at 75 no matter how I heat it. It’s pretty late, could there be some kind of setting on it that I can turn off? The heat light and cover are on
Thought it would make a great comedy sketch for you to come back the next day and the tub and decking all on the floor! 😂 Sorry British humour I guess.
@@milothechihuahuabrunetandmommy That's not accurate if it's brand new, maybe if it's a refurbished unit you're looking at $1,700 but realistically $2,000 for used, "Softub"is about $4,000 minimum new.
Boy what a mistake. That tub full of water and people will weigh more than 3000 lbs, and all in one spot. Will that elevated deck hold that without collapsing? Or pulling away from the house?
I'm buying one for my screened in porch. I sure hope I can fit it through the doorway. Thanks for filming this video.
You will
Probably have to remove sliding door.
Update please. Do you still like the Softub?
Got ours coming next week! Hopefully, the antidote to the COVID blues. Great video!
Amen to that!
I just got mine this past Wednesday and love it!
Filling up now ... thanks for your video.
How do you like it so far?
❤

Did you have to add any support to your deck? Your deck looks like mine and I'm thinking of the 300
Just ordered one can't wait to get it
How has yours held up? Any problems?
@@user-ff3rm8pt7p so far it's great haven't had any issues at all
Hi Frank, how has this held up so far?
Would you buy it again?
Any problems with the motor?
Thank you
About to set it up again for the season it has been great. Absolutely no issues.

Will do but basically two seasons in I am still very happy with it.
Awesome video. I'm a bit late to the party. How do you feel about the tub a year later?. Any issues. Mechanical, customer service, etc?
I wish he could tell us how the motor held up on this. These are so expensive. I really want to get one but I have seen some bad reviews.
I really want to get one of these. Does it stay warm in the cold weather?
Yes easy to keep warm just takes a long time to get there in very cold weather i.e below freezing

How is your deck supporting the weight? We have a similar deck and softub 300 on the way. Hoping we can safely have it on our deck, too!
Hi Brenda when I built the deck I doubled all the joists on that side knowing I was going to install it. Great question!

Sorry British humour I guess.
Had one for 25 years, getting a new one in a month.
How hot do you have it?
What did it cost.?
Also there is a lid remover now.
Usually 104 Celsius. Not sure what a lid remover is. It’s pretty light tho.
$4,000-$5,500
@@franksdiyandhomeownerhelp7374 104 Celsius 😂🥵
How long does it take to fully heat up???
Love your hot tub I will be getting an inflatable hot tub in the spring can I ask you the cost of this thank you God bless you always

In the dead of winter does the tub take 1 hr to decrease temperature from 104° to 100° degrees?
Why is there so many wrinkles in the bottom and sides of inside of tube?
looks like a relatively easy install
It was. Very impressed.
What do you know about the portico version?
SOrry nothing at all. Wish I could help
What would you like to know about the Portico?
