It’s a nice unit inside but the newer condos tend to be built with blocks very close to each other, higher density. From this unit you see mostly other blocks when you look out the window, even from the living balcony but at least over there it’s partially unblocked. Anyway, just something that some buyers may be particular about , like me. Others may not mind.i tend to go for outside facing units, provided not facing a busy road. Good luck with the sale. Thanks for thoughtfully pointing these out, what u mention is true, we've had buyers come through and say the exact same things and i guess at the end of the day to each his or her own because.
