How do we unlock the potential of diverse groups and make change happen? The Shared Vision Meeting is a powerful technique that works in any context, from conversations at work to community events, structured around four simple questions to empower us all! I am co-founder of iCREATE, a company that helps people share their vision for the future using the power of 3D Visualisation. I am also co-founder of #4theREGION, the Centre for Regional Engagement for South West Wales, which is a purpose-driven start-up bringing people together to create a shared vision for our region.

That means connecting people more effectively, getting more people working together, crowdsourcing intelligence, and empowering the system to create the change.
