I appreciate how thorough you are. Not many do this at dealerships and not even in person. I’m left to figure it all out myself. I love that you went through the driving modes and what the screen shows. I couldn’t even find that on the Ford site.
I’m curious about cooling seats though and can the back gate be closed from the front? Also, does the sun or moon roof open all the way or half?

Great questions! Thanks for watching. To answer your questions: The climate controlled seats for driver and passenger have the seat icon on the right and left of the screen. When you touch it the bottom half has a slider for the amount of coolness and as you slide your finger on the top you can control the amount of heat for the seat. The bottom part is colored blue the top red. Yes the liftgate button in the front will open and close the liftgate. The twin panel moonroof opens and closes the front half, the back part of the moonroof is fixed glass. The screen will stop halfway but can be opened and closed fully by pushing the screen button again.
