Very well done. I’m new to choral singing and sheet music. I find this piece challenging both in use of range and sight reading, at least for tenor. You have a wonderful execution. I have a tendency to go full voice on high notes and it affects my pitch. It’s great to hear exactly what it should sound like as it gets lost in the multitude of choral voices.
I read in some surces, they key is Do = D. I find the highest note is high Sol (5) at which I am not able to hit without using falsetto. Btw, were you using falsetto here ? I myself always try to not use falsetto unless it is impossible.
Hi! For this video I used a cheap Sony Handicam to record and Audacity to record audio separately from an XLR microphone. I combined them with Adobe Premiere Elements. That's it. Since then I've changed things up a lot. I've used Acapella on an iPad a few times, usually with an external microphone connected - see my "Three Country Dances" video for an example: ruclips.net/video/6EyBHhmIR0M/видео.html These days I mainly use a nice-ish camera (Sony SL3) captured through an ElGato CamLink 4k in OBS, with simultaneous multitrack recording in Adobe Audition. I now edit video in Adobe Premiere Pro. I sometimes also clean up vocals with Melodyne - I purchased it for producing Virtual Choir Videos during the pandemic. Sometimes I stream my recording and editing sessions on Twitch - usually around the holidays. It takes about three hours to do an easy piece. This thanksgiving hymn is my most recent example of this: ruclips.net/video/W_eitDbTuH0/видео.html
I hung a dark blanket from nails in my ceiling, and sat in front of it. I also set two table lamps with the shades tilted to shine light toward my face but not on the blanket.
Randy TheBass Hi Randy! If your intent is to shame the timbre of a lyric baritone who wished to sing and share a bass part in a group particpation event, well done. If, however, you are trying to tell me I didn't sing the notes in the bass part, I am genuinely confused.
If you are asking where the bass part can be found alone, it was connected with a RUclips annotation which is not visible on a mobile device. I have added links to both parts to the description for your convenience.
it just....just why is in the title of the video "....and BASS duet" if there isnt any man who have a bass voice? i can understand that this is a bass part..but how you can do a BASS part without a bass voice??
Thank you.... you have just saved me..... I've got to learn this part in four weeks for a Christmas concert. Most appreciated.
You and your twin both did great.
I loved it! And the sense of humor at the beginning!
Brilliant!! Not just the singing, but the video recordings - perfectly in sync!! Very impressive!

I don't like the falsetto on the high notes so I also do the high notes in full voice. It gets easier with more practice
funny at the the beginning! Great job.
Good job, man/men.
Excelent job!!! :)
I like! great!
Good job!
Very cool! :)
Freaking magnificent
😁No doubt ! La doublure de Peter Hollens est fin prête ! 👍Et le tee-shirt répond à tous les requirements... 👍👍
tenor&tenor duet
chest voice & head voice duet
I'm a bass, and the lower part was almost to high for me
jackson pressley then you just need to practice. You’ll get there eventually.
Unbeatable
You both sound good and you even sound better with an alto soprano and a soprano

Nice .wish you could add the track
May I ask what key is this on?
Hey friend, what app did you use to record this video? Thanks!

@@emajekral Perfeito! Obrigado!
It’s funny seeing the difference between laryngeal positions
And with a full orchestra
Haha, great. :)
How did you get the black background?
I hung a dark blanket from nails in my ceiling, and sat in front of it. I also set two table lamps with the shades tilted to shine light toward my face but not on the blanket.
emajekral Wow... facepalm.
Very clever.
okk.....now the Bass?

You look more like an untrained tenor.
I would have edited out the talking at the start. Very cool though.
😑
The thing is that his tenor technique is awful. He does it like Kermit the frog... Thats not tenor man
This is baritone and tenor .-.
Hưng Nguyễn baritone is a type of bass
That’s the bass part
