Some of those fans were AWAY from home in another European Country which is why you saw an empty lower stand as the Home fans had gone home and the Away fans were segregated and, sometimes,kept back for 40 minutes so the rival fans can not meet. Because you were talking over some clips you missed a few things like the French second clip where one side of the Stadium was responding to the other side, back and forth. Good Luck,My Friend
