I like what you said about having an exit strategy. I want to build a bulk and crane machine route to about 20k annually and then head into multi-family residential units then I can start to market full service vending to my residents. Then build a laundromat next to my units. I also like the idea of 55 and up apartment complexes.

Thank you for the information. You explain things very well and it's appreciated. Starting this new journey, here in Canada, and you just got a new sub!
The hardest thing for me, I just started is finding an existing location that isnt only doing like 80$ a month in revenue, tons a locations around me, im looking at going in person to talk to some locations, but im worried im going to get stuck with locations that only have 80-100$ a month revenue which ill lose money.
I'm sure those small locations will come with alot of learning opportunites (i.e Problems/mistakes) that you will learn from at a much lower cost (both in money and time) then a higher traffic/value location. Just an idea :) Good luck!
@@michaelriddick7116 But with customer service businesses location matters..... I know because some places seem to always have customers while the local stores with less foot traffic I doubt they get many customers.

All on a large cargo trailer either plugged into a portable power source or on-site power
Ive been offered a placement for my vending machine in a high traffic mall, probably the highest traffic in the entire city but they want to charge me around $700 USD per month to place my vending machine there. What do I do this seems so high?
Thank you so much for this video I am just starting to look into starting my own vending machine business and this video truly helps. Where can I get your book?
awesome video, I can't wait to dive into more videos. Do you have or know of somewhere to help guide on repairs and maintenance on new and older machines? I'm new to the business so older machines are where I'm at for now. Thanks!

Hi, I am a junior in high school and I am very interested in these vending machine. I have zero experience in this industry but I am want to start doing this. I am not planning to make a business for this, just like a side hustle I guess. Do I still have to do the things you said for what business has done to such as insurance, creating business name, or anything like that? Or can I just go to a good location and ask the owner for permission to place a vending machine at their location. Thanks!
Is this a good deal? 32 head bulk candy machine route and 35 without a location for $5,000 a good deal to buy for your first time at trying anything like this?
Appreciate that! I think it all depends on the records the person selling has. If the machines do $10-15 per head, it might be a good deal. Thanks for enjoying the content
Hi, new here. Could you make a video explaining the credit card reader process? As in how it works , the tracking, the percentages?

Depends on the negotiation but the building where you place the machine usually pays the electric and you may give them a commission of sales
